Study material for university and musical theater!

Online learning material for "Magic flute"!

A nice article about the project “e-vocal: Digital media in vocal training” in the magazine of the Nuremberg State Theatre “IMPULS”:

EVEN before beginning his singing career, opera ensemble member JENS WALDIG, who can currently be seen as Bartolo in “Barber of Seville” at the opera house, studied business informatics.

Based on his knowledge of the needs of singers and what is technically feasible, he has, together with European partners, developed the project
“E-VOCAL: DIGITAL MEDIA IN VOCAL TRAINING”, which was supported by the European Commission and awarded the “European Lifelong Learning Award”
.

“e-vocal” consists of a lifelong learning platform that enables singers to sing the repertoire of opera and concert with a conductor.

Together with the conductor videos, the correpetition and vocal coach media, the learning material represents a comprehensive and practical preparation for singing lessons, musical rehearsals or auditions and can make an innovative contribution to, among other things, repertoire studies in university and music school education.

A special highlight is the video material recorded with Prof. GUIDO RUMSTADT and RITA KAUFMANN on the entire opera “The Magic Flute”.

For the first time, singers are thus able to prepare entire roles of these operas in a platform-based way.

Recordings for Mozarts "Magic flute":

The recordings took place in rehearsal hall 3 of the opera house with the kind support of the lighting, sound/video department and KBB.

We recorded the entire opera “The Magic Flute”. The material, first all arias, then duets and ensembles will be gradually integrated into the platform.

As a foretaste, the Queen’s aria: “Der Hölle Rache” ->
